You can make changes to any part of your Legacy whenever you want, including assigning or removing Trusted Parties.
Enabling Your Legacy
Your Legacy starts as Inactive. After you have finished setting it up, you should make it active by clicking the ‘Enable‘ button. To activate your Legacy, you must have at least two Trusted Parties assigned – no other information needs to be completed.
When your Legacy is enabled, your Trusted Parties will see your Legacy card in their Records Shared with Me section. They can then initiate your Legacy from there, and once approved, they will gain access to view its contents.

Your Trusted Parties cannot access any of your information until your Legacy has been initiated.
While your Legacy is enabled, you can continue making changes to any information within it. If you decide you no longer want your Trusted Parties to have the ability to action your Legacy, you can disable it. All your Legacy information remains saved, and you can enable it again whenever you choose.
Cancelling or Resetting Your Legacy
Your Legacy should only be actioned if you pass away, become incapacitated, or as a last resort if you lose access to your account and cannot recover it.
If your Legacy has been incorrectly actioned, you can cancel it. If your Legacy has been incorrectly approved and released to your Trusted Parties, you can reset it.
To cancel or reset your Legacy, go to the ‘My Legacy’ page where you will find a Cancel or Reset button (depending on the current status) in place of the usual Enable/Disable button.

Both cancelling and resetting will return your Legacy to its original state. All your information will be preserved.
