When you invite someone to be your Trusted Party, they can now join LifeReady completely free — no paid subscription required. This means it’s easier than ever to build your safety net and bring the people you trust into your plan, without asking them to pay for anything.
A Simpler Sign-Up Experience
Setting up a new LifeReady account is now simpler and more straightforward. New users are presented with three clear options: start a free trial, choose a subscription plan, or continue as a Trusted Party. No confusion, no extra steps — just a smooth path to getting started.
Smoother Billing & Plan Management
We’ve made meaningful improvements to how subscriptions work behind the scenes. Whether you’re upgrading, downgrading, switching plans, or reactivating your account, the experience is now more straightforward and easier to follow. You stay in control of your plan, hassle-free.
Improved Password Recovery
Resetting your password — whether on your own or with help from a Trusted Party — now works more smoothly from start to finish. We’ve also added clearer navigation during the recovery process and a convenient logout option once you’re back in, so you always know where you stand.
Refreshed Help & Support Links
All in-app help links now point to the updated LifeReady Guide, so you’ll always find the most current information when you need it. We’ve also refreshed the FAQ content on the setup page and fixed the Support menu link so it takes you to the right place every time.
